PhD Positions
Job description
PhD students will work related to the research program. The PhD students will be advised by at least two scientists and a postdoctoral mentor. As members of the Research Training Group (RTG) they benefit from a variety of qualification programs including for advanced and tailor-made courses on the topics of the RTG. An intensive visitor's program, frequent workshops and PhD schools will contribute to a vibrant scientific environment.
Payment is according to the wage agreement of the civil service TV-L, 75% of salary level E13 for PhD positions.

Qualification
We are seeking PhD applicants internationally with an excellent master's (or equivalent) in mathematics or theoretical physics. Applicants should show a high engagement and have a strong theoretical background in one of the research topics of the RTG. A good command of English language is required.

Job description
Postdocs will work related to the research program. Qualification
For the postdoc positions we seek candidates with the following profile: They have written an excellent PhD thesis in an RTG related area, and their research should have potential for further development. They should show broad mathematical interests and be able to bridge different research areas of the RTG.
